ABOUT CHRISSIE HILLER
Women rarely prioritise themselves. It's time to change that.
Hey, I'm Chrissie. Wife to Tom, Mum to Charlie and Fur Mum to Henry the English Cocker Spaniel.
I help busy working women to lose weight, improve their fitness and change their mindset with the ultimate aim of becoming the best and most confident version of themselves.
I am passionate about helping women to find happiness and confidence without the fads, pills and shakes. They don't even need to give up their favourite food & drink!
"Chrissie is a world of knowledge which she encouragingly wanted to pass on to me and teach me.
She took time, effort and energy into ensuring I was eating correctly and would achieve my goal of losing a few pounds and getting out of my rut with boring food. She was always there to answer any questions I had, and I felt very encouraged by her words of praise.
I would highly recommend Chrissie for Nutrition and Weight management needs. Her dedication and support saw me out of a horrible stage, and I can honestly say I am now far happier and wiser when it comes to nutrition management."
"I’m currently taking part in the third series of learning events with Chrissie having started off on an initial 5 day ‘kickstart’ programme.
Chrissie has a really accessible approach to wellness and fitness which navigates through really sound knowledge based learning, to practical application and supportive accountability through to the prioritising of movement.
This is a really holistic approach to health and well-being as it addresses emotional issues that are often part of our self sabotaging behaviour! I am now part of a virtual group of like minded women who hold each other gently to account but are fully supporting too.
This is not a process based on shame or punishing yourself, but rather on understanding yourself and your body and how the two can work together for a better you. Chrissie and the group have been an anchor for me during these turbulent and unpredictable times, as the regular ‘check ins’ and conversations about our ‘wins’ and hopes and aspirations have been a safe constant. The knowledge is accessible and clear, the approach is professional yet kind and the structure is extremely well thought through.
Chrissie gets results through a variety of tried and tested techniques and resources, but overarching it all is her honest desire to help people achieve their best ‘me’. I can’t recommend Chrissie highly enough."
"Whether you think you can or you think you can't you're right."
